Η Σουηδική αστυνομία ανακοίνωσε ότι έμεινε ικανοποιημένη από την δοκιμή 9 ηλεκτρικών αυτοκινήτων και ότι οι μονάδες οι οποίες χειρίστηκαν τα οχήματα θα συνεχίσουν την χρήση τους.
Αν και τα αυτοκίνητα δοκιμάστηκαν όχι σαν περιπολικά αλλά για άλλους λειτουργικούς σκοπούς, η χρήση τους ήταν κυρίως σε αστικές συνθήκες και για μικρές αποστάσεις.
Σύμφωνα με τον εκπρόσωπο της αστυνομίας Henrik Langmark, στόχος είναι μέχρι το 2030 να μην χρησιμοποιούνται συμβατικά οχήματα δίνοντας έμφαση μόνο στα ηλεκτρικά.
